运用男女性甜菜碱高聚物物胶束(DSPE-PCB)来模拟衣壳病毒的表面特征(图1a),并封装模型蛋白。聚羧酸甜莱碱(PCB)通过质子辅助氨基酸转运蛋白1(PAT1)穿透上皮细胞层(图1b)。PAT1可以促进甜菜碱和甜菜碱衍生物渗透到上皮细胞层。

Because of the sharp contrast in polarity between the superhydrophilic tail and the superhydrophobic head of DSPE–PCB 5K, its micelles stabilize docetaxel at extremely dilute conditions, at which conventional micelles dissociate. In vivo, the ultrastability of the formulation enables a larger amount of drug to reach the tumour through the enhanced permeability and retention effect.
