Then, α - carboxyl - ω - maleimide polyethylene glycol (mal-PEG-COOH) and multifunctional SPIO loaded antibody polyethylene glycol polyethylene imine (Ab PEG PEI-SPIO) were synthesized. The composite of PEG-PEI-SPIO and plasmid DNA (pDNA) had a particle size of about 105 nm. In vitro experiments showed that T cells could specifically absorb...
