医学文献:聚乳酸-聚乙二醇-聚乳酸三嵌段共聚物的降解塑料耐磨性我:高建文,廖凯荣,全大萍,卢泽俭学术论文联结:小结:A series of polylactic acid (PLA) - polyethylene glycol (PEG) - polylactic acid (PLA) triblock copolymers were prepared by ring opening polymerization of lactide using stannous octoate as initiator and polyethylene glycol as co initiator The influence of PEG molecular weight and propylene ester/PEG molar ratio on the hydrolysis behavior of copolymers was investigated by examining the changes in intrinsic viscosity [η], mass, and thermal behavior of copolymers during hydrolysis in physiological saline The results indicate that PEG blocks have a significant impact on the hydrolysis rate of copolymers When the molar ratio of propylene glycol/PEG is constant, the larger the molecular weight of PEG, the easier it is for the copolymer to hydrolyze; When the PEG block length is constant, the higher the molar ratio of propylene ester/PEG, the slower the hydrolysis rate of the copolymer
